Gluexpert multi-function fluid adhesive mixing system is a highly versatile mixing equipment designed for diversified coating processes. Working Principle

The system adopts a modular design, with each adhesive type equipped with an independent feeding unit, metering unit and pipeline system. When switching adhesive types, the system automatically executes pipeline evacuation, cleaning and switching procedures without manual intervention. The metering unit uses precision gear pumps or plunger pumps, combined with mass flow meters or weighing sensors to form a closed-loop control that monitors and corrects the ratio in real time. The mixing unit can select dynamic or static mixers according to adhesive characteristics. The PLC control system coordinates all modules, and the touch-screen HMI is easy to operate, supporting process recipe storage and one-click recall.
