Working Principle

The equipment adopts gear-pump and load-cell dual metering technology to precisely control the ratio of main agent, hardener, and solvent. The system automatically draws raw materials according to the set ratio, fully mixes them through a dynamic mixer, and continuously delivers to the adhesive pan of the laminator. It supports the "small batch, frequent mixing, mix-on-demand" mode, avoiding premature curing and waste of adhesive.
