Guangzhou Gluexpert single-component PUR hot-melt adhesive machine is an eco-friendly hot-melt adhesive supply equipment specifically designed for paper-plastic and paper-aluminum lamination processes. The equipment adopts advanced plate-type melting technology to precisely heat and melt PUR (polyurethane) hot-melt adhesive in a sealed environment, and continuously and stably delivers it to the coating unit of the laminator. The solvent-free, solids-based design requires no solvent, greatly reducing solvent residue and VOC emissions, making it a suitable choice for high-hygiene packaging fields such as food and pharmaceutical.

Working Principle

The core of the equipment adopts a plate-type melting structure. The plate slowly presses down from the top of the adhesive drum, melting only the layer of adhesive in contact with the plate; the melted adhesive is delivered to the coating station through insulated lines. This "melt-on-demand" design ensures the adhesive always stays fresh, avoiding the aging and carbonization problems caused by prolonged heating in traditional melting methods. The system is equipped with a high-precision temperature control device, precisely maintaining the melting temperature in the 120-150°C range to ensure good fluidity and reactivity of the PUR adhesive.
