Guangzhou Gluexpert solvent-free two-component mixer is high-precision mixing equipment specifically designed for solvent-free lamination processes. The equipment continuously mixes the main agent and hardener at a set ratio through a precision metering system and delivers directly to the coating unit of the solvent-free laminator, with no organic solvent used throughout the lamination process. The solvent-free, solids-based adhesive forms a high-strength bonding layer through composite roller pressure and curing reaction after coating, greatly reducing solvent residue and VOC emissions and lowering solvent recovery costs—a practical solution for the green upgrade of the flexible-packaging industry.
Working Principle
The equipment uses precision gear pumps to draw the main agent and hardener of the solvent-free adhesive respectively, meters them accurately at the set ratio (e.g., 100:50 or 100:100), and delivers them to a dynamic mixer for high-speed uniform mixing. The mixed adhesive is continuously supplied to the laminator coating unit through temperature-controlled lines. When changing adhesive, the equipment supports automatic emptying and automatic cleaning—no manual disassembly or tank cleaning required—completing the glue change within 3 minutes and greatly reducing downtime. The system is equipped with temperature, pressure, and flow multi-monitoring to ensure stable and controllable mixing.
