Gluexpert's solvent-free two-component high-speed mixer is a premium high-speed flagship upgraded from the standard solvent-free mixer, purpose-built for ultra-high-speed solvent-free laminating lines above 400 m/min. It adopts self-developed proprietary dynamic mixing technology that maintains ≥99% uniformity even at extreme supply rates. Components A and B are each driven by independent servo systems with dosing accuracy up to ±2%. The innovative online viscosity detection system monitors glue status in real time, ensuring consistent lamination quality at all times.
Working Principle
A dual-servo drive system independently controls the precision gear pumps for Component A (resin) and Component B (curing agent). After accurate metering at the set ratio, they are delivered to the proprietary dynamic mixer. The mixer's special internal structure generates strong shear at high rotation, bringing the two-component glue to ≥99% uniformity within milliseconds. An inline viscosity sensor detects changes in the mixed glue in real time and triggers an alarm and automatic adjustment once out of range. Constant-temperature insulated lines keep viscosity stable during transfer, matching ultra-high-speed lamination requirements.
